My car was completed early! This statement seems so rare in the auto repair business that I feel I must reiterate; my car was completed in half the time estimated. While my car was in the shop I received daily text messages that kept me up to date on my cars status. It was very refreshing to have this high level of service. Everyone I talked to was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for future work.

Brought my son's car in as a drop off, unscheduled for body work. Toby and crew took great care of me and the vehicle. Top notch customer service, concern, and patience. Have had three vehicles repaired at this facility over the last 8 yrs. Have always been treated with the utmost respect and have been taken great care of. Oh, and each vehicle was restored and returned in better condition than before their respective 'wrecks'.

Around a 1.5 months ago I was involved in an accident which damaged the rear end of my Honda. My insurance company recommended Gerber as one of their authorized companies. I was reluctant to go with this recommendation thinking it was just another way of the insurance company cutting their cost and screwing the customer in the end. To my surprise, the Kent Gerber location turned out to be a great recommendation. The staff, from Tawnya at the front desk to John who escorted me out to my car when I picked it up were friendly. The back of my car looks brand new and blends in perfectly with the rest of the car. Everything is fully functional. You can't even tell I was in an accident. I was impressed with the entire process. They updated me regularly with the status. When I picked up my car they insured I was happy with the work before taking ... possession. And the work is guaranteed. John was one of the best GM's I've worked with. He went to bat for me from Day one when state farm was refusing to pay a portion of my claim and then went over and above on the repair. The car looks new, I will come back here!

I don't normally submit reviews but the service I got on repair to my Toyota Tacoma was way beyond what I expected. They not only repaired the area covered by my insurance but fixed a couple of other areas that I had to pay out of pocket for a reasonable amount. The truck came back to me detailed inside and out looking better than I can remember it looking in the 10 years I've owned it. Special thanks to Chris for keeping me informed the whole way.
