I have to say the service was excellant from the time I received a quote to the time I picked my truck. The body and paint job has meet my satisfaction (looks as if nothing ever happened). I would definitly recommend this shop to all my family and friends provided if anything was to happen to thier vehicle. I was so impressed with the turn around (2 and a half days)..wow!!!! Great job guys and gals!

Fred was so helpful. I really appreciated how he called me regularly to let me know the status of repairs. When I came to collect my car he was so helpful in giving me advice about some non accident related work I need to do to my car. He gave me a referral - which I called immediately. He even got on the phone and talked with them for me. Really Fred went above and beyond excellent customer service. He was truly outstanding. I really appreciated his help. Thank you!!!

We don't live to far from their shop but when I had no way to pick up our vehicle they went out of their way to deliver it to our home. Chris and all other staff that we dealt with was outstanding. Gerber is consistently polite, efficient, and careful in explaining what they will do. They meet their estimated delivery time so you can plan your schedule. They really are the best.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Gerbers location in Lacey Washington . The person that I dealt with was named Shane D. He informed me at the time I took my auto in, what was going to happen and the time frame it would take. They also took care of the rental car that I used. Based on this performance I will give anybody that ask where to have their car repair, Gerbers is the answer I will give. Everything was great and the team was great. Thanks
