The office staff was helpful and professional and my adjuster did a great job in explaining what was going to happen and how long I should expect it to take, I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family there.

I am so impressed with the fast service. I was quoted 3 days to have my hood repaired and windshield replaced. I got my car back the 2nd night! Everyone there is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely recommend Gerber (especially Woodinville) to others.
