I just wanted the rear bumper replaced on my Toyota Tacoma due to rust. I purchased the new bumper and brought it to this location to have it installed. They only charged me for labor and it was about one half of what I expected to pay. On top of that they drove me back home and picked me up when the job was finished. They also washed my vehicle. The new bumper looks great and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here. I am delighted with the service I received and it greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

The service was beyond anything I have ever experienced from a body shop. The service people were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt good about leaving my car in their care. I received updated via text during the entire time my car was being repaired. Best of all, the process didn't take long at all. Once it was complete, they sent me a notification and I was in/out before I knew it. I hope I do not have to have any car repairs done soon, but if I do. I will be bringing my car to Gerber. One Very pleased customer.

First impressions mean a lot to me. The way I was greeted in bringing in my car was most professional. The two girls that need to be noted are Jessica Torres and Ashley Renfro. The inspection of my car was through by Jessica. The handoff to the Enterprise dealership in getting a rental was a very smooth process. I appreciated the updates via text messages...very clever and nice to know the progress of the car being repaired while I was in Vancouver for the week of business meetings. In picking up the car this morning again I was greeted most professionally by Ashley Renfro. Great personality and just a perfect staff member of the operation in Wilmington. The manner in which my car was given back to me makes me believe that there is only one collision repair shop to work with and that is GERBER. I am VERY meticulous with all of my ... cars---but the cleanliness of how my car was given back to me was fantastic.....matter of fact...it was perfect. So my experience was a fabulous one with GERBER, I thank you for a smooth process and being a very satisfied customer. This will be noted to my insurance company USAA as well. Thank you.
