When my car was hit again, there was no other choice than to return to this location. The employees are great and the car looks like new. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had 0 problems with getting my car repaired. I called and they had me an appointment the same day. They were able to assist me right as I walked through the door. I never had to wait at ALL! They described the repair process, and then helped describe what each insurance company will provide! Very knowledgeable and helpful! They fixed my car within 2 days, but not only was the repair completed impressively but they cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Very trustworthy and very pleased with the results!

This is the second time in a very short period that I have had to have my vehicle repaired. To be honest, I had never even heard of your company. The service was just outstanding!! The 3 employees that I had contact with were just great, Doug in the parts department went out of his way to help me, he gave me rides to and from my home both times I used your company for repairs for my vehicle. Karen and Heather who wrote the estimates and arranged to get my vehicle fixed and kept me updated were just awesome. These people have made me a Gerber customer for life.

Thank you to all involved in getting me back on the road. Especially, Karen, John, Brett, and Robbie at the Market Street, Wilmington N.C. location. I had a small collision to the front of my vehicle(03 Acura 3.2TL S-Type). My drivers side headlight housing was peeling before the accident and therefore was not included in the repair. However, I had purchased a used headlight housing over 1 year ago with the intention of changing it myself but never did. When I picked my car up, everything looked great except the headlight that was already damaged. I mentioned that I had this used headlight to Robbie and Brett. They said to bring the headlight by and they would change it out for me no charge. So, I brought it by the next day, John took my car into the bay and Brett changed the headlight housing for me, just as they promised. Looks great! ... just wanted to make sure someone in the company knows about what an AMAZING JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, Ms. Michelle Johnson (Wilmington location) has provided to my family. After a quite frustrating and terrible experience in early August regarding our car repair, we had written off Gerber completely. The company was recommended by USAA (our insurance company) so we thought we would have a great experience. Unfortunately, I brought my car in not knowing all the parts that had been ordered after my estimate was done (which was more than a week before this) were not there. My car was driveable so there was no need for me to bring my car in there if all the parts were not there. I had to call the day I was suppose to pick up my car (no one called me) and was told the parts were not there, but would be in later that day. Then I called the next ... day, that I was told it would be finished, and was told the part came but was broken. After all was said and done, we had to call and have the USAA rep go to the facility to determine whether this company should remain a recommended facility. That got people moving over there, I guess, and our car was eventually finished. I was paying though for a rental car out of pocket and had to tack on two extra days because of the parts issue. I was not happy. When I eventually got to speak with the original customer service rep, she told me she would pay Enterprise directly for my rental car for those two days. When I got my credit card statement and called Enterprise they explained that there was no payment by Gerber and no notation of any call/discussion with Gerber. I was very angry. But Michelle graciously helped me right away when I called (Michelle had not been there at the facility earlier in the month when my car was there). She called me when she said she would, she quickly processed my refund no questions asked, and she even called to follow up with me that I received my reimbursement and was satisfied with the service she provided. SHE IS AWESOME! She restored my faith in the company and we may just consider Gerber again in the future if we have any future needs. Please make sure Michelle receives the recognition she deserves! She is truly what customer service is all about, in a business where folks are already frustrated and upset (having been in a car accident!) Thank you again Michelle!!!
