I am beyond impressed with the completed work done on my Jeep after a buck decided to smash into it, it looked better then I had even imagined!! The paint matched up perfectly and it was so clean. I also appreciate the weekly updates on how the repairs were going as well, I didn't expect that. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done.

From the very beginning, everyone was helpful, informative, friendly, kept in touch with updates and very professional on the phone and in person, great at answering questions and responding back. The work was done much quicker than I expected. Insurance was a simple process. They made what could've been a very stressful situation very simple for me. these days it seems to be hard to come by great customer service, and they actually still have it here! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Due to a high volume of vehicles at this location, it took longer than expected to get a quote from the team. However, once that came back, they were incredibly efficient with the work that they did on my vehicle! They kept me up to date and my vehicle ended up being done sooner than anticipated which was appreciated! The quality of work was wonderful and can't even tell that a deer ever hit me!

My experience with Gerber has been great! Estimate process was quick, they handled ALL of the insurance issues/billing since I was not the responsible party, took care of the rental return and I was kept up to date on the progress of my truck during it's repair daily. I couple additional issues were found as they disassembled and I got a call to inform me before anything happened further. I haven't been in any other accident but this was definitely the best outcome I could have expected. Granted there was uncontrollable supply chain issues but that's everywhere. Thanks again Gerber!

RO number 6200914155 The first day of my hunting trip I hit a deer with my suburban. I called progressive and they suggested having it towed to your facility in Sauk City. I live two hours from the location of the accident. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for running such a solid business. The flow of information could not have been better. When I called with questions the lady at the front desk (sorry, I can't remember her name) was always very friendly and helpful. I got the vehicle back and it looks fantastic. I noticed the headlamps are a bit too low. I called and explained the situation and she said to call when I will be in the area next, and they will adjust the headlamps for me.
