This was my first time using Gerber, and they were AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. They completed my car perfectly even though it had a huge amount of work to be done. They kept me informed extremely well and Stephanie in the front office was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the team. I have never used a car repair shop that made me feel more comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Gerber Collision & Glass will be the only shop I ever take my car to should it need any work. A+++++++++++

They are very knowledgeable and they keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle by text message. The entire process from working with our insurance company to scheduling our rental car was so easy and painless. Thank you all for making a bad situation a little easier to handle. PS My truck stays pretty clean, but it came out of your shop CLEANER than it went in... Thank you for the extra care you provided. I want everyone out there to read this....Gerber Collision rocks!!! They treated me like I was part of their family and they kept in touch with me daily on the progress of my car....plus they did the most perfect job on the body work of my car, it looks like it came out of a showroom. I love these guys and I am so blessed to know I can go to them anytime I need work done! The past few months I've had some bad luck with my vehicle. About 2 months ago, someone side swiped me and I was so upset! It was my first wreck in my new car and I was super stressed out about how I was going to fix it , and how much of a headache it was going to be to get it fixed. USAA was so great, they referred me to Gerber Collision to get my little Veloster repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas P. to get everything done, and he went above and beyond what was expected because he knew I was paying for my rental car myself. (I added rental insurance to my policy after this first incident) Thomas had my car in the shop for 3 days and it was such a quick and painless process. They even cleaned out my vehicle and made it look brand new! I was super happy with my car, and Thomas was so sweet and professional he left a ... lasting impression on me. Then, last Friday I got into a fender bender myself- this time it was my fault, but I was not as stressed out about the process of getting my car fixed. I knew that Thomas was going to take care of me and he had my vehicle repaired again in record time! I am so beyond thankful that USAA suggested Gerber Collision for my auto repair needs. I will always suggest going to Gerber Collision in Woodstock to all of my family members and friends. They really have a great team there, especially Thomas. :) read more

Absolutely AMAZING work done to my 2010 Camaro by Gerber! My cars entire back bumper and side reflector was destroyed and smashed in side ways and now looks like nothing at all happened. The whole staff was fast, fun, and friendly. Always kept me up to date on how the car was coming along and always had the answer to every question I had. I will definitely be returning in the future or if I get into it with another brick mailbox but lets hope that doesn't happen. Thanks again yall!!
