VERY SELDOM DO YOU GO INTO A BUSINESS AND FIND EACH EMPLOYEE WORKING HARD AT THEIR DESK BUT TAKE THE TIME TO KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WALKED INTO THE DOOR. STEPHANIE AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES MEETING THE CUSTOMER AND DIRECTION TO THE RIGHT PERSON. After being involved in a hit and run and having a bodily injury as well as your vehicle needing repairs, it was amazing to have my insurance company recommend a place that would not only fix my auto good as new, but would walk me through the process step by step with such care and grace. We had updates regularly and they treated us like royalty. From the time we dropped it off in tears of sadness until the time we picked it up in tears of joy, they were perfect. Very professional and very courteous. They even took care of making sure the rental company picked up the loaner from their location. We highly recommend using Gerber. Thank you for making a horrible experience more bearable.
