I just wanted to take another opportunity to thank Max D. and the crew in Boardman for helping me out with my car repair. It was an actual pleasure dealing with your company and having my car repaired. The car looks great (even better than before the deer decided to plow into my front bumper). Your entire staff, including Dorothy and Barry, were exceptionally professional and really went the distance with customer service- they stayed late and never made me feel that they were 'hurrying to get me out the door'. I really appreciate all of the extra effort and will definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my insurance agent, family, and friends.

"Initially when I found out that my 2007 GMC Acadia needed repair work due to a collision, I was going to take it to another shop I knew of. But one of my business associates recommended you because of his previous experience with "Barry"-one of your employees- from his time working with BMW. What a wonderful experience this has been! From the office coordinator "Dorothy" all the way through the repair process, everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional! You all kept me informed literally every step of the way! And you made special provisions for my handicapped sister and I ( I am probably one of your older customers!) so that our inconveniences were kept at a bare minimum! In the future, should I require collision repair service I will DEFINITELY come to see you all again. I just wanted to say Thank you. I dreaded the thought of trying to get my tail light repaired and the hassle it may have been. I was pleased to see there was absolutely no hassle at all. I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening and Wed morning recieved a phone call at 9:30 it was replaced and ready to go. Even more amazing was when I picked up my car and it had been cleaned again. I never expected this since it was a minor repair on a tail light under a warrenty. Everyone at Gerber deserves an A++ for the work you all do. Thank you so very much.

The customer Svc at this location was stupendous, starting with the front desk where the lady there treated us with total respect and very attentive. Now 2 the young men who took us 2 the car b4 and after the car was repaired. They were very respectful and payed great attention 2 detail.
