From the moment I walked into Gerber, I knew that this was the perfect choice for me. The first thing I was subjected to was a kind and caring staff who was more than willing to help me with any problem I had. I came into Gerber for an estimate on my VW Beetle's damage, and shortly after made an appointment with them to in-trustingly repair my front end. Gerber's general manager, Max, went over and above to take care of my VW and kept me posted on the status of the repairs daily. Max even researched possible options for the other miscellaneous problems I had to my VW. My VW Beetle is my pride and joy, and Max confidently returned my Beetle in pristine condition! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! A sincere thank you to Max, Mary, and Bear :)

From the time we dropped of our vehicle on thru the final inspection when we picked up the vehicle, everyone was top-notch! The service and feedback I received while my car was being repaired was beyond wonderful. Also the repair was done perfectly and very quickly. The personnel went out of their way to be sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone.

"I am just dropping you an email to tell you how wonderfully pleased I am by my recent business with you! I recently had my car sideswiped in my own driveway and I'm sure I don't have to tell you what a HUGE inconvenience and stress that is. But with the help of your business and staff and the amazing people at Geico i managed to get through the ordeal with little to no stress at all. My car came out beautiful which I normally expect, however what truly WOWed me from this experience was the incredible friendliness of your staff, in particular Barry Ricker and Mike Jones.
