It looks and drives great. Although it was a few extra days than planned, there were two things that didn't work out and they kept me informed of what was going on and the issues were corrected to perfection. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. I would highly recommend them. My car was badly damaged and required a lot of repair. It looks like nothing ever happened to it.I am beyond pleased with the service I received!

Someone hit my rear passenger tire area. I was concerned the 8inch scratch would rust so I went to Gerber Collision and I spoke with Stephanie B about about an estimate. Stephanie took my keys and had me wait in the waiting room. Within 10 mins she was back to give me the damage total. To my surprise, her wonderful team of workers were able to buff out the scratches and only a small dent remained. My 10 year old car looks like new in that corner again! I have to give this location 5 stars . The customer service that was displayed by the Genera Manager Israel was exceptional. This GM notified me every step of the way about what was going on with my car . He is a very patient and understanding GM. I would recommend my friends to this location. Great body work done on my car with a life time warranty as long as you own the car at any Gerber. Thanks Israel for all your help and understand during this frustrating time for me.
