I have had repairs done at this location before and as before the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The repair to my passenger side outside mirror was done promptly and correctly. The paint on the new mirror matched the paint of my car's exterior perfectly. They were so helpful to me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. What a gift you have in them as well as with James, who has the knowledge to go along with the personality. They did an awesome job on the repairs and taking care of my vehicle. The email updates were a good added feature. However, I wish they would have called me to talk to me about what was going on with my vehicle I had to call them that's the only reason they aren't five stars in my book. I hope they work to improve their communication with customers.

From beginning to end everyone was very helpful and friendly. When I got my car back I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my windows and the interior of my car had been cleaned. My car had been broken into and my purse stolen. After dealing with everything that comes with that it was a relief that every thing went so smooth with my car repairs. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Gerber in Aurora. The staff and management treated me with respect and keep me inform the entire time my car was in service at their location. I was grateful when the General Manager took me out to my car and reviewed the repairs with me and assured me that the vehicle was repair correctly and that they would stand by their work.
