Beautiful work was done. Not only does the card look beautiful on the outside but it was beautiful inside. The carpet was cleaned! My car looks like it had just come out of a Buick showroom in Flint, Michigan! My wife and I are 101% satisfied!

I usually never write reviews because I expect all things to be done well if I am paying for them. Lately, myself and everyone around me has been complaining about how businesses do not care about customer service anymore. I am writing this review because this shop went above and beyond my expectations not only in turn around time and quality of work but also, more importantly, in customer service. From the moment I walked in I was comfortable. The estimator, John, answered my questions and explained a few things to me. They also took care of planning for the rental car to be able to pick me up so I could make it to work the morning I dropped off my car. WOW! Gerber did an incredible job on fixing my car. It only took 1 day and I had my car back. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my car but when I picked it up they had washed and cleaned both the outside AND inside. That was above and beyond what I had expected. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend Gerber to anyone that needed their car fixed!

My father has always gotten body work done on his car at Gerber and when I hit a deer, my insurance company and my father suggested Gerber. I was very happy with Gerbers service, timeliness, and consistent communication with the status of the repairs.
