Great customer service! Our truck was done before scheduled time and it looks amazing. I loved how they kept in contact each day with the progress and made you feel so much part of the process. Wonderful service and friendly staff. I always bring my vehicle to them for a quality repair. I spoke with Doug when I picked up and told him I am going up to Chicago to bring one of my friends cars down that had a bad accident. He always takes care of me. He did a free detail and filled my tank up free of charge for returning to him for an accident. 5 stars threw and threw.

The five star rating really says it all, Doug was able to handle every need I had, they even went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Very easy to work with. Even though its about an hour and a half away, I'll be their customer for life!

Gerber and it's imployees were fantastic!. They were extremely accommodating and sensitive to my needs. Having a car fixed, after an accident is never fun, but they made it very stress-free. I can only say "Thank you" to this organization.

5 out of 5 stars! If I could add extra stars I would. Doug R made my Christmas this year! Things have been really rough lately and his personal care and involvement in his store tops any customer service that I have encountered in a long time. My car was ready way ahead of schedule and received updates by phone personally about my car even before the automated texts. Lol in the end i would like to thank the whole crew that worked so well together and did an outstanding job on my vehicle it looks wonderful!!! Merry Christmas !

They gave my car back the way i rolled off the lot when it was new they made getting a rental car easy, and fast. I had to problems and they made a very friendly experience if i ever need to go anywhere again i would come back.
