Sorry for the delayed feedback - but service was great. Better than expected. The quality of workmanship made my vehicle look brand new again. Mike was very professional and followed up on my phone message, answered all my questions regarding the parts that have been listed on the estimate - what they're used for and if they are needed. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. I received a few quotes from other places but felt Gerber would be the best solution and they didn't disappoint. Thanks to the team!

Gerber Collision And Glass Repair, The people at your company were true professionals. From the time of dropping off the Honda Civic, the inspection to include the estimate, to picking up the finished product was easy. Professional courtesy was always apparent while dealing with your family. That is what it felt like while going through this experience. My wife was the one in the collision and she didn’t have to worry about a single thing with the cars repair and I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. She suffered enough through the collision and your people made sure that she saw her car working, cleaned, and repaired as though it just came off the show room floor. Repairs and painting were very well done and car was cleaned so well (inside as well as outside) that it looked virtually brand new! The folks even buffed out what I thought was some other damage and now you can't see any trace of that either. Absolutely incredible. It will be easy to recommend them to friends.

My experience from start to finish could not have been more positive. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. From the time I got there for the estimate to when I picked up my car I felt comfortable and informed. Cindy Molina was great. She made the experience more pleasant than I expected it to be. And when the doors on my loaner locked with the keys inside ( didn't think cars did that anymore!) Shane Dimmitt literally came to my rescue. He and Tony not only got the door open-they wouldn't take money when I offered it to them. Very professional! Even A.J. @ Enterprise made the rental process easy. I have told MANY people about you already and will continue to spread the good word.

My experience at Gerber was an A+. The staff reserved a rental car for me so I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my car for repair. Three days after I dropped off my car I received a voice mail from a staff member indicating that my car would need to be kept and additional 4 days. When I returned the call a staff person explained that additional work was identified and approved by Safeco. This caused the delay in completing the work. But, the staff confirmed that Safeco would continue to cover the cost of my rental car. When I picked up my car it was beautiful! The body work was top notch and they had thoroughly cleaned the interior. The interior was quite a mess when I brought it in for repair. The car looked like the car I bought 6 years ago! Every staff member I came in contact with was polite and professional.Thank you!!!

Brought my car in for repair. The staff was professional and quoted me a price and length of time the car would be needed for repair. They contacted me at least once a week to let me know what was going on and the car was done 4 days before the date they gave me. Very happy with the work that was done and Tony took me to the cafr to show me the work to know that I was happy with what they had done. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs and great service.

The staff was always helpful with any questions I had. Mark Wadzinski addressed any areas I noticed on the car after the work had been completed. He was attentive and very accommodating and always professional. Any time I've had repair work needed I've always brought it to Gerber and will continue to do so but hopefully not since I try to be as careful as possible with my vehicle :-)
