I wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I was with Michael Mitsakopoulos at the Buffalo Grove, Il location. I had brought my car in just to have a spoiler painted and installed. I know 2 owners of body shops but I wanted to have the work done else where. It wasn’t a huge job but important to me. Michael made me feel like it was a very important job with his customer service. He kept me updated as to the process and time. He had the spoiler painted in 1 day and called me right away to have it installed. Michael had the employees do a little extra work on it to make it attach to my vehicle better. The paint was beautiful and it was a perfect match to the car color. With all said and done I could not be any happier with the service I received at you shop. Michael is a great asset to your company. As a business owner I ... understand how important it is to have people work for us that go above and beyond the job at hand. God willing I will never have an accident but even if I want accessories painted or do need body work done I will look no further then Gerber. Now a days with people just wanting to do the minimum possible to keep their job it is nice to see that there are still people who will work hard and impress you. Incredibly AWESOME service!!! I cannot express my thanks enough. From drop off, rental car, quote and pick up of my car...super easy! What was being done was clearly explained to me via the telephone and emailed to me. They spoke directly to my insurance company so I was not bothered at all. The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to bring my toddler in with me. Smiles all around! Very clean shop as well. If I have to return (which I hope I never do) I will definitely go to Buffalo Grove Gerber!

I was concerned about Gerber being able to match the paint on my car and they did a masterful job. Some jerk hit my car in a parking garage and fled the scene. So I was very upset at even needing to have my car repaired but it looks "brand new" and I am extremely pleased with the service and the finished product.

I have to say I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that I received at Gerber. They were outstanding from the beginning to the end. I actually got to meet the individual who worked on my jeep, Pete, and I have to say he is an artist with what he did to it. I would highly recommend them based on the quality of work and how professional they are.

My experience with Gerber was excellent. The estimate process was easy, and they even allowed me to stay in the car (with my three small children) while the estimate was done. The repair work was also high quality, and everyone I dealt with was very professional.
