I backed up my brand new Lexus into another car in the parking garage, and the back bumper had a crack in between the top and bottom pieces. I was afraid that there might be important parts down there that are now exposed, and that the bumper might eventually fall. Jeff took a look, and explained to me that there aren't any important parts down there, and asked me the straight-forward question of how much I am planning to spend, as any bodywork done on these high-end vehicles are costly. After telling him that I am only planning on spending the minimum, and just want to be sure that the bumper wouldn't fall eventually, Jeff offered to help by putting in some clippers, and he won't even charge me! My car is a 10 year old Crysler that I'm very happy with. The cost of the damages were high enough to total the vehicle, with the initial rough estimate. I know that in some cases this is preferred, but not in my case. Jeff took a closer look, and managed to make it work. With my approval, he used some alternative sources for parts, and left other less important cosmetic items alone. The car looks great, and I've taken it on a few longer test drives, with no problems.
