We had a mark on our door created by someone who banged their car door against our car while it was parked. Scott was able to use rubbing compound to fix the problem in just a few seconds and charged us nothing for doing it. This was greatly appreciated, as was his very friendly attitude in doing it.

I had slowly bumped the rear edge of my Camry's right fender causing a slight dent that rubbed noisily against the forward edge of the door. After gently and kindly presenting an estimate close to a thousand dollars to make the repair correctly, Mark suggested the grating sound could be fixed, without painting, for no charge. Within ten minutes he returned, and showed the completed repair to me. Thank you, Mark, for making me a very happy and grateful customer, who will continue to return to Gerber.

I have used this location for a number of body/paint damages on several different cars over the past ten years. Always been very pleased. Today I took a new car in that had paint streaks on the front bumper from clipping the garage door trim. Gerber Buffalo Grove was able to buff out the paint streaks while I waited. You folks are awesome! I will certainly return for any future body repair work.

I had a little mishap getting out of my garage after a bad snowfall and I damaged the lower passanger side of my car. I went over to Gerber an Mark took a look at my car and said it could be buffed out. I said that I had tried but didn't have much luck. He took the car in the back and buffed it out. It came out beautifully. I thanked him and said what do I owe you. He said there is no charge. I was so pleasantly surprised. What wonderful service. Thank You

The car needed a "re-paint" job of the hood after original application of almost 10 years ago. It was done beautifully; the attitude of the manager was not only polite but gracious and without hesitation---the workmanship was covered under their warranty and done WITHOUT COST to me. The staff was welcoming. I so appreciated the hassle-free reception and that the work was still covered under the warranty. I would not to go anywhere else. Thank you Gerber and Patrick.

Honesty is always appreciated. Scraped the underside of my car on a curb. Took it in to get an estimate. Robert looked over the car and found some scratches in the undercoating but said it wasn't worth fixing and sent me on my way.
