This is the second time I've used Gerber in Buffalo Grove for my vehicle repairs. I was assisted this time by Scott B. Scott was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I had several areas on my vehicle repaired, and Scott kept me informed and up to date. My vehicle was repaired very quickly and it looks amazing. I am 110% satisfied with the work done. Front office Lady - very friendly and she was spot on with my appointment(sorry forgot the name). Estimators(Mark and Dimitry) - 10 out 10. -- very friendly -- very professional -- very fast to identity the problem overall it was a very pleasant experience meeting these 2 estimators. They made my day. thanks much. I was at this center 4 years back and i had good experience. I refer every one to Gerber Collision & Glass for the Auto body and glass needs.

Jacqueline G.was wonderful! There are 4 drivers in my household and only 3 cars and we do not have coverage for a rental vehicle, so having the car repaired in a timely manner was very important. Once I emailed Jacqueline with my concern she responded right away and was able to have our car completed prior to the anticipated completion date. My body cladding had gotten snageed & was coming off while I was working out of town. Within a few minutes, they had readjusted it and put a rivet in it to hold it. Thanks for the quick fix and service to keep my Jeep looking pristine. Thanks!

The team did a great job of repairing our Honda Accord and addressed some scratches in a separate work order that they did not fully charge me for (as they indicated the buffing did not fully resolve the scratches) but made improvements. I appreciated the candid information and still felt the scratches were much less visible. They took the time to address anything they could and repair team spoke with me.

AWESOME!! With only one car and two teenagers, I needed my vehicle back yesterday, since I was the only one who could drive the rental. Well, these guys not only finished in four business days, I received daily phone calls on the repair progress. Jacqueline G. was amazing in keeping me updated. I've had fender benders over the years, but I do believe this collision repair was done in record time for me. I can't speak highly enough of this Gerber experience.

Met with Mark on Saturday, July 2 regarding a minor issue with my bumper as it slipped out of its brackets. Mark looked at it and was able to reset the bumper in its brackets withing 2 minutes. Really helpful and very friendly. I really appreciated his professionalism.
