I had a minor mishap where I scraped the bumper and a small part of the fender on my car. I brought it in for an estimate and was given 2 different options (buff only or buff and repaint). Being an older car, I decided to buff only and was quoted a very reasonable price. When I brought the car in, they buffed it within about 10 minutes of my arrival and it looked perfect! Then, they waived the cost of the repair since it had not taken much time! I couldn't believe how nice they were and how this was such positive customer service! They were great to work with! I will hopefully not need body work on my car for a long time, but if I do, I would definitely bring it back to this location! Thanks so much to the people who work at the Buffalo Grove Gerber!!

Went in to have them check for body work because I was hit by an uninsured driver. The cost was going to be more than the value of the car. Rather than try to convince me to spend the money they were able to do minor adjustment which stopped the door from scrapping. They didn't charge me a cent! Outstanding customer service! Trustworthy! Never saw a place try to save you money rather than make a sale!!!! Highly recommend them for everything!!!

Excellent service! I came to Gerber to have a couple scratches on my car looked at. I worked with Mark, and he was excellent. Rather than try and paint the car he recommended we try and buff out the scratches. It worked and looks great! I would definitely recommend Gerber to a friend!
