Gerber's Buffalo Grove location was a fantastic experience for an otherwise unpleasant situation. My car recently had a mishap with this seasons heavy snow and I knew many body shops were going to be busy. I called this location up and from the getgo it was a painless experience aside from being apart from my vehicle. Steve, Mark, and the rest of the BG Gerber team provided an amazing experience and kept me updated through personal phone calls as well as text alerts. The car was finished ahead of schedule and the results were phenomenal as the car looked better than i can remember. I have used Gerber for years and always have had great service and top quality work! They do it right the first time. Their body work is outstanding and I would not use any other shop. Yesterday I was in a minor fender bender and my new Hyundai Sonata received some abrasions on the bumper. Instead of a $400. refinishing of the bumper, the abrasions were buffed out to look like new in only 20 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment. I expected to pay a fair price but was told this time it's on us. I don't know of any body shop that would do that. I highly recommend Gerber, you can't beat them on price, service, or quality.

I got a flat tire right infront of Gerber Collision & Glass recently and went in to get some help and they helped to replace it with the spare even if they don't do tires. Very nice and professional people.

I have used the Gerber Collision Center the first time and was very happy. All staff was so professional and great. Cindy Molina who estimated the damage of my car was very helpful and kind. They not only fixed the damage of the incident but also changed the front bulb which they found didn't work. It was courtesy from Gerber. And it was very convenient to receive all updates by email and by phone. At first they planed to fix my car during 3 days and I was surprised when it took one day only. I would recommend your company to everyone I know.

I was having car trouble on my way to work. My husband advised that I pull over. I pulled into the Gerber lot and did what he told me to do. My car wouldn't start after that. I went inside and asked for a jump. Mark Schulte was happy to ablige. When he opened the hood, he realized my battery was corroded and I would need another. He ordered the battery, replaced it and the alternator. He kept in touch with me as far as progress and price and had my car in running condition by the end of my work day. He was very helpful and provided outstanding customer service!
