This was the third time I had work done at this location, but the first time that it was the result of a major accident. My experience was very positive. Each time I called, the phone was answered courteously and transferred promptly. The gentleman handling my case, Francisco, was knowledgeable and courteous. I felt he went out of his way to help me. My repairs were extensive and he kept me informed on the progress. I picked up my car yesterday and was pleased with the result. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a great experience. I was hit by someone and it was a stressful experience. The person's insurance recommend Gerber and from then on they took care of everything. The people at Gerber were great and made the process much less stressful. My car looks great and it was done quickly. It was great with enterprise right there to pick and up drop off car.

Tom Roznowski was amazing. He provided me with regular feedback regarding the status of my vehicle and was great answering any questions. From the time I walked in my first day to drop off my vehicle to the day I picked it up in incredible condition, washed and detailed, it was the best experience in customer service I ever had, topping my own Lexus dealer. The entire staff was friendly. Repairs were handled a timely manner with minimal paperwork. I had used this location before with great results and this is why I returned. The work is guaranteed and the entire experience is quite impressive. I highly recommend this location for any type of repair.

The entire staff at the Halsted Street location completely exceeded my expectations. The customer service from the Front Desk Agent upon arrival to each individual that worked on our Acura MDX was amazing. The Gerber office at 3425 N Halsted provided excellent customer service from the time that I called them for an appointment to the time they returned my car looking better than it did before the collision. Especially Tom Roznowski the Rep was very helpful. He explained about the repairs and delivered on the promise to get my car done in less than a week. They sure know their stuff and went out of their way to look after my best interests. Thank you everyone at Gerber.
