My experience was really great. I was out of town and Gerber was able to call me remotely and tell me about my expenses and what repairs needed to be done. My car was done before excepted and since I was out of town they kept it for as long as I needed which I appreciated dearly. I will absolutely return again if I ever need any more repairs. The interior of my car also looks immacculate, very happy.

Not having an insurance claim for over twenty years, I was reluctant when USAA recomended Gerber Class, thinking you only replaced windshields. (I had rear bumper & panel damage). needless to say, after seeing your shop & meeting the Mgr.John & customer sevice rep Raul Rodriguez,I felt more confident. Everything went well! rental car was waiting, car looked great & finished on time. even paying the deductable to Tea was a pleasant experience. Service was excellent as always. My car has been at Gerber twice in the last month or so. Both times I was taken care of by Raul Rodriguez, he was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs. They young woman at the desk, Tea was polite and friendly and always greeted me by name when I entered the office. I would recommend this particular Gerber to anyone.

I was at Gerber to have my driver's side rear view mirror replaced. They replaced it at a lower cost because I brought in my own part. I was very happy about that. They also replaced my engine cover which had been pulled off by a large bolt in my parking parking lot. I was very pleased with the service that I received on this visit.

My experience was great. I was taken care of immediately. They did what they estimated, stayed within the estimate and delivered when they said they would. I have nothing for praise for the entire operation in Wrigleyville. Hopefully it will not be necessary, but if it is I will surely go back to Gerber in Wrigleyville. I am grateful to the entire staff.
