A PERFECT 10 - I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I contacted them to the in-person experience before and after repairs to my vehicle, this was a great experience. Every one of the staff was as nice as could be, but specific kudos must be called out to CONCETTA. She went above and beyond to keep me posted on the repair progress with voicemails and emails - always as fun and pleasant as possible. Customer service of that level is a dying art, so it is a real treat when you see it in action and from the heart. Thanks, Concetta! The repairs themselves were flawless - the vehicle looks brand new - and it was washed/cleaned both inside and out - another unexpected treat. I don't do social media and prefer to remain anonymous but want to share the excellent service I received from the N Halsted location. My drivers side window had come off the track and was open slightly and would no longer go up or down. Chicago was headed for 3 days of sleet, freezing rain, snow etc. The crew quickly managed to get the window up, back on the track and temporarily taped it shut for me. I had them order the parts needed and within 3 days the parts were in and my window was working perfectly. I previously stopped at the Palatine, Il location to see about the problem I had been having with the window and they were equally pleasant to deal with. The problem with the window was explained to me at both locations and at the time I stopped in Palatine I just did not have the time to spare my car. I just wanted to let you know that the entire experience, from the time I entered the building, spoke with a representative, had the work done, and drove away with my car was fantastic. It's not often I have to do repairs, but in the past the places I've gone to look like someone's home garage, with oil and grime everywhere. This office had a professional feel, away from the actual work area. The representative at the desk was very pleasant, professional, and a joy to work with. Francisco, the agent assigned to my car was equally professional, yet personable. He made sure that I felt absolutely comfortable with what was recommended and the quote given to me. Everyone at Gerber was unbelievably helpful. Every employee I came in contact with seemed genuinely concerned about and did everything in their power to repair my car as quickly as possible. They were friendly, reassuring, accommodating, helpful, and incredibly efficient. If I ever back into a dumpster again and need it fixed the same day, without a doubt I will be going to Gerber in Wriggleyville!!!!!!!
