To whom it may concern: I recently had collision repair to my auto and really want to give huge accolades to Cecilia (unsure of spelling) Garcia. When I dropped my car off I had limited time to check-in and she did everything possible to help me not miss my flight. An estimator (is that what you call them?) was not available and she took control of the situation and I was in-and-out in fifteen minutes. When I picked up my car she remembered me, my car, and situation. She was so personable and expedited the entire process from start to finish. If she was an employee of mine I would never let her go…. Her knowledge, professionalism, and personal touch is one in a million. I was told to come her by a friend. When I arrived I was a little unsure about the place. However once I talked to Edwin I felt more at ease. He gave me an estiamate and went over the details with me. He should me my options since i was paying out of pocket. I was able to pick what i wanted to have done, he was great! He was able to get me in the next morning. I was told it may tak up until Monday to get the car back. It was done the same day! Great location, great staff and excellent work! I am very pleased and will come there again and recomend to my friends if we need any body work! Thanks for your great service!

My daughter had a weird experience while driving on the expressway and her car was not driveable. We're from the suburbs and didn't know where to go or who to contact in the city. We had spoken to the insurance company and Gerber was one of their centers. I initially spoke with Cecilia, who was very helpful and assured me they would get the car in and repaired as quickly as possible. We had the car towed to the Halsted, Chicago location. There I met with Edwin Lebron, who explained the process and what would be happening. I explained my concern that my daughter needed her car back as soon as possible as she was working in the city and commuting. He assured me they would get the car fixed as quickley as possible, but also correctly. I brought my car in because my low air indicator light was on for my tires. I was visiting from out of town. They took me in less than five minutes. The entire staff from the two women at the desk to the gentleman who fixed the problem were extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. "I used Gerber in the past and when I needed to have my car repaired at my expense, I contacted you again. I dealt with Pete Desmarais, who exemplifies the ultimate in customer service. Any time someone has car damage, they are stressed and upset. Pete handled everything in a professional calming manner and worked things out in a organized cost effective way. He gave great suggestions and made sure I felt at ease and comfortable. I, as a past corporate trainer for customer service, totally commend him for his caring attitude and going the extra mile.
