Just a quick note to let you know that the service by Peter Desmarais and Cecelia and the work performed on my 1996 Saab 900SE was excellent. 4-11-12 Hi my name is Beaunica Harris and today I drop my toyota highlander off at the Halsted Location this is my first time having repair done to my truck. I went in and was taken care by Cecilia/CSR she has great customer service on the phone and in person. when I arrive at the haslted location I went in and Cecilila ask what was needed I told her just dropping off my truck for repair she made sure I had everything needed from my truck , so then I ask her about the renter car that my insurance had set up but I thought they had hertz but they had another renter service . So me just getting off work and didnt know how I was going to get to Hertz thats when Cecilia/CSR ask me was everthing ok I told her my problem and she not to worry that she would give me a ride to Hertz not knowing they had a location down the street . The service repair was done in a timely fashion. Roddis Hopkins was my advisor. He provided me with information. The work that was done on my car was amazing. The final step of washing and cleaning the auto was remarkable. I would certainly reccomend Gerber.

No collision involved, but hood of car had been vandalized. Excellent work provided by Gerber (completed January 24). Very courteous - and they did a super job of cleaning the car as well - better than any car wash.

We were very happy with the service received. Mia and Pete provided such excellent customer service that they made a stressful situation almost pleasant. If we ever have to have further work done we will return to the same location because of these two individuals. "All I can say is WOW! Novemeber 2010, someone rear-ended me on the expressway and that was my first experience with you. I arrived at your place and Raul came out, gave a VERY ACCURATE estimate, and the car was completed on time and on budget. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was equally as co-operative. So when I was rear-ended again in December of 2011, my first (and only thought) was to go to Gerber on Halsted. I called up and was REALLY happy to see Raul was still the "man" there. I brought the car in and again the estimate was exactly what the car repair was! The only thing that was different was that my car was completed in 24 hours instead of the 3 days that was originally estimated. I went to Gerber because I had been there before when a car hit my bumper and their insurance company repaired my car. I got such excellent service there that I decided to go back after someone hit my car. When I arrived I had the front bumper in my car. Someone had ripped it off. The sales person and a mechanic immediately found a way to reattach my bumper so that I could drive the car while they ordered a new bumper and parts for me. Then I was called when my new bumper arrived and they attached and painted it and all of the parts and in only 3 days I went back to pick up my car. The service was excellent and my car lookded great. Everything was explained to me. Also there is a car rental agency on the premisies which made everything so easy for me. I am so pleased.
