I had a lot of hail damage and took my car to Gerber. What a great group of people. I worked with Raul and he kept me up on all the work that was being done and the timeline. They were very friendly and answered every question I had. When I came to pick up my car, I almost didn't recognize it!!! It looked like it did when I got it off the lot! The work was fantastic and I would tell anyone that had any damage to their car to go to Gerber.

I had my 2 week old Honda Pilot hit with a tree branch after a storm and was livid. The dents were in odd spots and I thought there was no way they would get fixed. Gerber (Pete) were awesome with getting my quote to me in a timely manner and taking care of my car. They even picked me up and dropped me off to make it easier (new guy Dan).

My Estimator, Chris Freihaut, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure my experience with Gerber was more than satisfactory, This was not my first experience with Gerber. A couple of years ago they had to rebuild the entire front of my 1998 Cadillac Catera. Wonderful job.

I just picked up my car this morning and it looks GREAT! This is my first time in a very long time where I had to bring in my car for collision repairs and to my surprise the service rep Raul R. was awesome - everything he said regarding timing was right on from the estimate, receiving parts through completion. He was very professional and courteous. I hope my car never goes through having to be repaired again, but if it does I am definitely taking to Gerber. Thanks Raul - you rock!

Over the last three years, I have had three opportunities to interact with Raul Rodriguez. What I like is Mr. Rodriguez's professional, can do attitude. With each of the three repairs, he was always ahead of the curve, anticipating what I needed next. No matter when I called, he was always there for me. My car was ready on time and looked like new. When something was not to my liking, he had the fix ready in record time. During my 50 years of car repair, I have never encountered such a positive and hardworking person. I hit a deer with my Mustang GT. The damage was pretty bad to the front end. Pete Desmarais and the team at Gerber had my car in the shop within a week and completed the job a few days later.. I was very happy with the job they did. Any problems that did come up Pete took care of them quick and seamless. Great Job! My car looks like new again. I would use your services again if i need repair.

My service/repair experience at Gerber was very positive. I worked with Pete Desmarais and he was very helpful and followed through in a timely manner with the initial estimate, which was actually a little higher than the actual final repair charges. The repair time projected by Pete was also accurate, which was important due to a family trip that was scheduled. The ladies I worked with on the paperwork were also very helpful and were obviously anxious to make sure my experience was a positive one. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I have worked with this Gerber branch on a repair and my experience has generally been very positive. but I did notice on this visit that everyone seemed to be especially cooperative and helpful and it was definitely appreciated.
