From the start to the end the process at Gerber was fantastic. When our car was involved in a hit and run, I thought we would be out of a car for a long time. They completed the work before they estimated, they were completely professional calling multiple times to give us updates, and the workmanship was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been thinking about moving to the suburbs, but now that I have my car guys in the city, if we do move, I would seriously consider bringing it back downtown if we have a similar situation. Raul was fantastic! Every time I called to ask a question, he quickly made himself available. When I picked up the car, we talked for 5-10 min not just about the repair, but about preventing the incident from happening again. Needless to say, that none of that would matter if the work weren't quality, but it was TOP NOTCH. Many thanks to the guys and gals at Gerber!! Excellent work and excellent people.

On May 6th, my day started off very bad with a hit and run accident on my car. I have been to Gerber before and thus immediately called my insurance company and went to Gerber, whereby I was greeted by Stanford Berry. I have to say that he was very professional and courteous. He had inspected my car and began to work on an estimate, arranged for a rental car and made my day a lot better then it started out. I called Stanford a couple of times to see how repairs were going, he returned my calls, gave me a date in which my car would be ready and made everything so easy. I cant speak enough about Stanford in the way I was treated. Thank you Gerber for having someone like Stanford who made my misfortune seem alot better. He is the best. I heard the ads on 101.9 Eric and Kathy, so when someone ran into my car I immediately thought of Gerber. Stan was great! I received an estimate immediately, made the appointment for repairs and brought in my car. I love that Gerber has a rental car facility on site. That makes everything so much easier. This was the second time I have used this facility. I cannot praise the service I received too highly. Work was done as promised, on time. I was asked if I wanted to wait and was told it would take about one hour. I decided to wait and at one hour and five minutes it was done. You can't beat that.
