Overall service (customer and vehicle) and communication from Raul Rodriguez was phenomenal. He was friendly and detail-oriented. Should I ever have a need for auto body work in the future, I will go back to Gerber Collision & Glass.

I got in a little fender bender before Christmas and my State Farm rep recommended me to Gerber and that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Chris Freihaut was my service rep and he did and absolute wonderful job! He let me know the estimate right away and was very thorough explaining how the process works. Chris was very professional and aware that his first priority was getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Gerber didn't let me down. When I received my car the body work done looked amazing. I would 100% take my car back to Gerber. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, its been a bad year for us with cars. This was our third trip to Gerber this year. Raul has taken care of us each time. He does a great job of explaining the repair process, dealing with the insurance company, keeping us informed. Things are finished up when they are promised and always to our satisfaction. He also helped us secure a rental car.

I want to say the at job Chris Freihaut did was EXCEPTIONAL! He is passionate about what he does. He communicated well with me and was genuinely nice about everything that was going on with my car. He went above and beyond customer service. Kudos to Chris and the staff and Gerber on Halsted!!

I want to let you know that I had excellent service from Gerber for the repair of my 2005 Honda Accord. Everything was professionally handled in a timely fashion. Specifically, Chris Freihaut did an outstanding job of communicating with me about each aspect of the repair - he was knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout the process. Further, Chris really made me feel that Gerber had my best interests in mind, and I felt very comfortable with my experience at Gerber. I was introduced to Sam Rihani within minutes of coming through the door. He walked me through the entire process of repair for my car and I went from being very upset about the damage to relaxed and reassured within minutes. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right place to have my car repaired. In addition, my car was repaired in a timely fashion. I would without a doubt recommend Sam and Gerber.

Chris at Gerber Halsted was amazing! He was able to find used glass and a used mirror to fix all of the broken windows in my car, and took the time to make sure they were installed correctly. All of the pieces of broken glass were cleaned up, and my car looks brand new! Thanks so much Chris and the rest of the Gerber collision team!
