The customer service that is displayed at the Gerber shop on Halsted is great. Sam the consultant that I had the pleasure of working with was outstanding and had a very good attitude though it all. I have been in Gerber 3 times within the last 6 months and will recommend that anyone with car issue should go here. The work is done to perfection and the wait time is far to none. Great job Gerber. It's the 2nd time I've dealt with Gerber this year. Over the summer I had a broken window replaced within 12 hours of it breaking. This last time my car was side swiped and Sam Rihani, the specialist that helped me made a tough time easy to deal with. He concern was sincere and he explained the service and process very well. Sam Rihani could not have been more thorough and professional in the service he provided in getting the collision work done on my Chevy Malibu. I picked it up today and it looks like a million bucks! He was also incredibly attentive as to keeping me informed of the progress of the work and making sure it got done right and in a timely manner. Getting your car fixed after an accident is never a happy occasion, but he made the whole experience as painless as possible. Thank you again, Sam for treating me so well.
