I had a great experience having my vehicle repaired at Gerber and would highly recommend this location to friends. Sam did a great job and all of the people who worked at the check-in/payment desk were especially friendly and helpful. The work done to my car was perfect. I received excellent service at Gerber and my car looks great. I had heard good things about Gerber, but never had the opportunity to use them before. Chris, Ida and Lauren were very friendly, professional and just great! Chris was great with updates on my car. Valynn who set everything up was also great. What is also wonderful is that Enterprise has a desk there so car rental can be taken care of there as well.

I have taken my car to Gerber twice for collision repairs. Each time I have received excellent service, and at a cost that happily surprised me. I would never take my car anyplace else for collision or glass repair

My car had gotten damaged on the entire left side and my insurance company recommended Gerber Collision Center on Halsted. Very courteous and professional-looking office from the start. Estimate was given and approximate completion time right away. Everyone involved extremely professional and efficient. Work looks excellent, side door looks like new, and paint color is matched perfectly. To say the least- You just don’t find service like this anymore. People who are working there are true professionals (special thanks to Sam Rihani) making a stressful situation into a much easier experience treating every customer that came in with top quality personal attention. This is the third time I have needed the services offered by Gerber Collision & Glass. Each time I have been there, customer service is excellent, the estimator (this time Sam) has always kept me well informed of the status of my repair. The repairs to my car always exceed my expectations. I have had other experiences with auto body shops and they pale in comparison. I have never had to return my car because of poor quality work. I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed on my car.

From the receptionist who answered the phone to set up my estimate appointment being so very courteous and helpfully answering my questions so that my expectations were right on to the day I came in for my appointment with Chris and was greeted with a smile and a readiness like they were expecting me was so greatly appreciated by me.
