I needed to change out my license plate and one of the screws was very rusted and completely stuck. I was able to walk in without an appointment and have it fixed in about 15 minutes, free of charge (Thanks Sam Rihani!). I was amazed at the speed of service and the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely go there again if I have another car problem, and I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

My car looks perfect again! Gerber Halsted did it again. I dropped it off in their convenient parking lot on a Sunday and used the drop box. They called Monday to confirm that they had started the work and confirmed it would be ready on Friday. My BMW looks great again. and even though I got stuck in traffic, Raol stayed open and waited for me to pick up the car. I'm really happy with Gerber and would recommend you without hesitation.

All accidents are painful and stressful. Chris Freihault took the sting out of my 3K repair and made me feel good about the 9 day repair job. He welcomed me upon my arrival with the tow truck and kept me informed as additional issues were discovered. I owned my car for less than 2 weeks when it was vandalized (scratched) with a key while it was parked near my job. The estimate for repairing it was way too high for me, especially since the vandal responsible might do it again. Gerber buffed out some of the scratches for free, and even offered to mix me some touch-up paint. That's beyond great service!
