I had a wonderful experience with Gerber. They called me throughout the process. They were professional, polite and helpful. They explained everything to me and they fixed my car in a timely fashion. They were kind enough to also get my radio working for me by finding out the code from the dealer. My car looks better than when I bought it. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was really impressed with them. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I recently was able to work with Gerber to get my 2001 Toyota Avalon repaired after a tree fell on it from some bad wind storms in Chicago. The tree smashed my back window, damaged my rear speakers and seats, my trunk, driver's side quarter panel, roof, and back bumper. The people I worked with at Gerber (Raul and the women at the service desk) were very efficient in getting the paperwork set up and my estimate ready for the car. The repairs were done very well, the car looks better even than when I first bought it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the speed and efficiency with which my claim was processed, the work that was done, and how my car and case was handled throughout. Thank you!!!

Believe it or not this is the 2n'd time I've taken my car in to get fixed in a month- Two seperate incidents. But they took good care of me. I appreciate the follow up of Sam who was working with me to give me updates on the progress on the car. Although it took a week to fix my door, they made it look great, blended the paint to match the previous coat.

I have unfortunately needed your services more than once. Chris and the Halstad Street store in Chicago is excellent. Chris is efficient, and makes you feel relaxed when dealing with a tense problem. He is courteous and always working. Although I hope I will not have to deal with Gerber in the near future, I would not hesitate to come back and work on a problem with Chris.
