From the moment I was rear ended, I knew Gerber would take care of my problem. I have used Gerber for the past five years, not a bad driver just unlucky. Raul Rodriguez dId an outstanding job from the moment I took the car to Gerber, keep me informed on the status of the repairs, he surprised me when i picked up the car, The car looked new . Raul did a great job along with all the Gerber people at the Halsted.

I was very pleased with both the work and the service I received today at the Gerber location at 3425 North Halsted Street. Although mine was a minor repair, Mr. Sam Rihani, the advisor who set up the repair for me was both personable and professional. The work (a replacement of a small rear body part on my 2007 model Toyota Corolla) was performed very well and with dispatch. The repair is undetectable even under close scrutiny,and the car was returned buffed and washed. I should certainly recommend your service to others in need of repairs.

Raul Rodriguez was very concerned about taking good care of my car, for that I am greatly appreciative. God forbid if I ever need future repairs but if so I will definitely ask for Raul so that my vehicle can be taken care of like it was his own. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Raul Rodriguez called me within an hour of my estimate start time and gave me a total and a date to pick up. He also let me know that he would call me 2 times during the week before my pick up. 2 days before my scheduled pickup date, he called me back and let me know my car was ready early and the price was exactly what he had estimated. The car is perfect.

Very Good service, relatively prompt attention and good responsiveness. Work was done well and completed on time, with added exterior car wash as a bonus. Only issue was receptionist on the phone was unable to identify my name and seemed rather clueless when I called. However, Raul and the receptionist I met in person onsite were friendly, efficient, and professional. Also convenient to have rental car agency on site.
