After bumper repair, my car, picked up 10/6/10, looked brand new, like it was 11 months ago when I bought it. The dealer said the paint was matched perfectly. Will Teeple, my adjuster, was very nice and helpful, keeping me informed as to the repair progress.

Will went out of his way to meet me early in the morning to drop off my car, kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything needed. Tim Dulin was extremely helpful and patient throughout the time my car was in the shop. I had a tough time with the insurance company of the person who hit my car and he was great with helping me stay on top of everything with them and keeping my updated with the status of my car etc. I would definitely said my friends Tim's way if they needed their car worked on. The State Farm claim clients are lucky to work with him!

We have been using Gerber for over 5 years now and am thrilled that our ins. carrier uses Gerber as a repair facility. The work is always done exceptionally well and always on time. We always ask for Raul Rodriguez and he is the best. Raul is the primary reason we continue to use Gerber. He is just great letting us know how things are going and keep us up to speed. I always let people know about Gerber and tell them to ask for Raul.

Just wanted to write a note to say thanks…A rock hit my 2001 Honda Accord window on Monday morning and shattered the entire back windshield. I took the car in, and was greeted with really friendly service from Will--I didn’t catch his last name--I’m pretty sure he works in a different department-- but he was very helpful and kind. Please pass the ‘ thank you’ on!

We needed a last minute replacement of our windshield. I called this morning and was able to get someone to come out and do it for us. Abel did a great job. We had the windshield replaced quickly.

I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me out with my car and its problems! Bobby Lee has been nothing but amazing and accomodating. Rick also did a great job fixing my car. It is always such a pleasure bringing my car in when it needs repairs. You all are nothing but honest and loyal and I appreciate that so much. My car actually has one more problem that Bobby told me to call him with if it happened again and when I called him today he got right on the problem and said it would be fixed tomorrow while I am at work so that I am not out anymore time without my car. I have recommended many people to you all and I have all of the confidence in the world that you all treat them the same way you treat me. I just wanted to thank you again for being so accomodating and helpful with getting my car fixed.
