The repair on quarter panel and bumper looks great and Chris Freihaut is pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and the antidote to the crude, stupid, and incompetent "customer service" I too often encounter. Plus, Chris has a cool hairdo. (I should add that Chris managed to get the car finished within one week, and the shop was busy). I have no hesitation recommending this shop, especially if you get to deal with Chris (I don't mean to diss any other claims agents there, it's just that I have no experience with them). Gerber did a great job at maintaining constant communication throughout the repair process. I always knew what stage the car was in and how soon it would be ready. Gerber also went beyond and fixed an issue that wasn't part of the original scope of problems. Great experience overall.
