I cannot say enough about this shop! Jeff, the Production Manager, and the whole team worked a miracle for me! I was struggling to find a good time to drop off and pick up my car because of work. Insurance won't pay for your rental if you take an extra day to pick up your car. The Production Manager and Jeff had a quick discussion and decided they could get my car in and out in 1 day! 1day! Wow! Dropped my car off in the morning, got it back in the evening. The work is gorgeous, the car was nicely cleaned, and the staff was superb. This went so far above and beyond! Other shops were telling me a week or more, these guys got it done in a day and for far less money. I will point all my friends and family to this shop in the future. I am truly impressed!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The work was done ahead of schedule and when I picked up the car, it looked like new and even smelled like a new car - even though it has over 100,000 miles on it. The office staff was efficient and polite, and our service manager, Raul, was excellent and friendly. He kept us up to date about progress-not only with the automated e-mails, but with personal calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gerber on Huron to anyone who has collision damage and wants to have a confident state of mind that his/her car will be fixed as though it were "special," because that's what it is to these folks.
