I got into slight accident where a person scratched my front bumper where I didn't even need fixing but the scratches were pretty noticeable. After Raul helped by buffing it, its almost gone. Thank you always for your excellent customer service and care.

The repair was done immaculate. You can not tell that there was a problem before, the work is superior. Peter F. is the best and Estimator, Raul R. is a very professional, he responded to all my phone-calls within minuets, best service ever. I am very pleased with the service that I received at Gerber. I took my car into the shop for a paint job to be completed on my bumper. Aaron C. and his team did an outstanding job by completing the paint job in 2 days! Aaron went above and beyond his duty to make sure that my car was properly restored and to make sure that I am a completely satisfied customer. If you need your car repaired, I suggest that you go to Gerber and ask to see Aaron! You won't regret it!

The service and quality of workmanship is always superior at Gerber and I had a particularly great experience at the Chicago Huron location with my recent repairs. I want to particularly compliment Aaron C., who went out of his way to buff out a scratch on my car door, in addition to all the other work that had to be done to make my car look great. He really made my day and made me smile! I have always recommended Gerber and will continue to do so.

Hi Gerber. I was waiting on my survey and never received it. It's possible that my employer blocked the email from being received for security measures, however; I had to submit my personal feedback for my wonderful experience at the Gerber Collision located at 1060 W. Huron Chicago, Il. 60642. Mr. Carlson B. was absolutely Fantabulous ( made up word - he was both fantastic and fabulous). His professionalism, his courtesy, his vast knowledge, his attitude.... all 6 stars. It took a little while when dealing with the driver that was responsible for the accident insurance however; Mr. Beeman or Carlson as he preferred to be called; was so patient, kind, and understanding. The process was smooth and the repair took quicker than they had estimated. I appreciated being updated on the status of my repair, and dropping off the car at first was very easy. However, when I went to pick up the car, the bumper (which was what they were fixing) had a slight gap between it and the side of the car. The repairman said that was just "how they were made," but the other side of the bumper (which did not need repairs) did not have the gap. He made me feel like they couldn't do much about it, so I didn't push it. I would have appreciated if he could have talked me through other possibilities rather that saying that's the way it is. Other than that, I appreciated how quick and easy it was to work with them.
