I have used Gerber for two previous body damage repairs due to garage mishaps. I discovered Gerber because my insurance company recommended them and both of my previous repairs were our of pocket. This repair was a windshield replacement due to damage by road debris. I trust Gerber because my other repairs were outstanding. While my car was awaiting the windshield placement they did a courtesy buff on some quarter panel scratched. I particular like the outstanding on line estimated and the outstanding customer service. No surprised with Gerber.

Carlson gave me an honest opinion on the best course of action to take concerning the scratches on the side of my car from a break in and even hooked me up with a free buffing to reduce the marks so that I ended up driving out of there for free. Would definitely recommend again!

I called to see if i could stop by to have them take a look at my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that had some sort of residue on the back hatch. Carlson came out and took a look at with me and was one of the nicest guys and had the best customer service. Before he could quote me on anything he wanted to grab Aaron (paint specialist) to have look and see if this was a major paint job. At the end of the day Carlson and Aaron took extremely good care of me and my car! I will certainly be bringing and referring any cars/people I know to this specific Gerber. SEE CARLSON & AARON!

I loved the speedy service that was performed by gerber! I had a wreck in my car that was suppose to take 4 days to fix, and on top of that enterprise car rental rented all their cars even though I had a reservation. I was very upset to say the least. Aaron Carrol the production manager seeing my frustration told me he could probably have my car done in in 1 day. The next he called and my car was fixed! I picked my car and to my surprise it was not only repaired but also very clean! Thanks you Gerber! you have a happy camper who will def spread the word.

The work was both profession and fast. I specifically wish to commend Aaron, your Production Manager, for going above and beyond what I'd normally expect. My wife is in a wheelchair and he took the time and energy to bring the car back to our home so I wouldn't have to arrange for someone to stay with her. I am very impressed and will recommend Gerber to anyone I see who could use your services.
