Car was ready in one day instead of 3. It was expertly done and cleaned. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The rental company was called and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend Gerber at this location. Work was completed on my car in one day instead of 3. Car was perfectly done and cleaned. They contacted the car rental and arranged for a pickup - they were waiting when I arrived. so I did not have to miss my meeting. The entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Raul and the staff was great! My car looks great, was cleaned up and Raul buffed out a small spot on my car. I asked him to do it with full intentions of paying, but he just did it at no charge. Yes, it was a small buff job, but that is great customer service. I won't use anyone else for as long as I live here.
