First time using Gerber Collision & Glass and was amazed by their professionalism and turnaround time. Jason provided a very reasonable estimate for some body work that I needed to have done and was able to buff out a small scratch on the driver side door at no additional charge. They anticipated the repairs would take 3 days, but I received a call that afternoon and they were able to finish up the body work in just 1 day! It was a very pleasant surprise and overall great experience.

I want to comment on the professionalism and caring way that the claim was handled. Aaron C. kept us abreast with the progress of the repairs on the car. Sitting in the waiting room listening to Jackie take care of phone calls and people coming in was a pleasure. She greeted everyone with such calmness. Job well done

I was very satisfied with my service and the professionalism of my estimator Jason A. Although I had to wait a long time for an appointment, he explained the repair process and expectation clearly. On my repair date he kept me informed and got my vehicle back to me when promised. He afterwards made sure I was satisfied, which I was. The receptionist was also very cordial and friendly. RO# 1411110486 My estimator was Raul. My experience with Raul and Gerber could not have been more perfect. Raul was punctual, responsive, and just an all around pleasure to work with. The team returned my vehicle in less than 12 hours (well ahead of the estimated schedule). I cannot speak more highly of Raul or my experience. I will definitely recommend this Gerber location highly to friends/family. Raul in particular is an asset to the Gerber team.

I've worked with a guy named Jason each time who works in the collisions department I believe. He always remembers me and gives me amazing service. 100% best service ever!! Super nice when I called to book estimate to picking up the car. They can text you, but also call to let you know updates. They originally told me 4 days, it was done in 1 night! cleaned the car and just super friendly. I was sent there by the other persons insurance company, but would go there on my own from now on!

This is the second time I've taken my car to Gerber Collision and both experiences have been great. The staff is helpful and communicative, and my car looks great. I hope not to need to be back for a while, but if I do I know that they'll make getting my car repaired as painless as possible.
