Excellent service! I have needed body work on my car twice and both times my experience with the Gerber staff was exceptional and the quality of the work was outstanding. I was given clear explanations of the work to be done, regular updates on progress by phone, and the jobs were completed before schedule. Yesterday I picked up my car and it looked brand new. I would especially like to mention Raul R. because of his professional demeanor and the clarity with which he explained everything to me. at the beginning, in the periodic updates and at the end. The Gerber service at the Huron Street has my highest recommendation.

The estimator Raul was knowledgeable, professional and answered any questions I had. He was upfront about price and the time frame of repair......I would definitely return to this location. Raul & Aaron! You guys are the greatest!!!! My insurance is with Geico but their (the guy who hit me) insurance is with Farmers. I must say......the adjuster from Farmer's was beyond helpful. My experience with Gerber was AMAZING! My wife and I would always laugh at your radio commercials because it would always sound funny. She said that was the reason for choosing Gerber. Well, my baby did good. I can't stress this enough......you guys went above and beyond to make everything perfect again and we LOVE IT! Our truck even feels like it's running and acceling better. I can't thank you guys enough. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
