Jason and the entire staff were great to work with. They offered me a free rental car since my insurance did not cover it. They also finished my car in about 2 days when they quoted me at least 6 and the repairs looked fantastic. They were easy to speak with and were very understanding when a situation arose where I was not able to pick up the car right away. Overall, I had a great experience and would bring my car back here any time.

After we brought the car in for a quote, he emailed us the quote within a couple of hours and followed up the next day by phone. He was willing to accommodate a complicated travel schedule, and he kept us informed as the repairs proceeded. The car was ready when I went to pick it up at the agreed upon date. Jason A. was the Estimator who worked with me. I came in early one afternoon after my right side mirror was ripped off. I wasn't in the best mood and might have been a bit short with him. Regardless, he was extremely happy, positive and energetic, and he was extremely accommodating and efficient with any questions I had. He ordered the part within a day, and I was able to come back in one day and have the mirror repaired. It was quick, as I was able to wait for it to be repaired only for about an hour, and they were efficient and productive. Awesome staff and service. I've taken my car here a few times and don't plan on taking my car anywhere else.
