My visit to your service center today was a very good ending to a frustrated "Murphy's Law Day." I was totally frazzled by the time I arrived at your service center today. It was just a bad day. However, once I arrived at your service center and after talking with your service representative, Jason Acevedo, I felt a sense of relief. I explained to Jason the reason for my visit. He was very pleasant and informative. He assured me that he would assess the problem. He asked me for permission to have my automobile looked at by Jose, the glass/window technician. This is my second time and second car that has needed repairs in the last two years and these guys are great! I got updates via text and voice message every 5 or six days and my work was completed 8 days early. Everyone is helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Kudos to Gerber!!

The Gerber Collision on Huron was recommended to us by our insurance and it's close to our home. Guys did a good job in the time they have promised. Very pleased, b/c they also covered extra work on the bumper- more than few marks from the street parking. During the time my car was in the shop, they informed me of the progress by text messages. Happy to recommend this shop and my wife is planning to use them for glass work. I also think their prices are very competitive for someone's "out of pocket" expense.

The people at Gerber were very friendly and professional. They provided updates during the repair and were focused on customer satisfaction above all. I hope I don't have any more damage to my car so that I have to return, but if I do, I will absolutely trust Gerber to do the job.

Jason and his team were fantastic folks to work with. They were cognizant of my team and money and were able to produce wonderful repair work within a matter of less than 12 hours! They also always kept me abreast of the repair work and the ETA as well as gave me multiple options for fixing my car and windshield. I will definitely work with them again in the future (hopefully not too soon, though!).

I wish to commend the service of Gerber Collision and Glass at 1060 W. Huron. The service was friendly and efficient. The repair shop did a fantastic job on my car. Jason and Jose were able to help me in no time, very friendly and service was great. Was a simple repair, but something they probably could have charged me for. Instead they went out, and 5/10 minutes later came back, and the window was fixed and back on it's track and they let me go as just a courtesy. Great staff, will definitely be back if I have issues going forward.

Over the past year, I've been the unfortunate recipient of several major door dents and other reckless activity to my car in downtown Chicago. He has made painful experiences very pleasant with the end result pure perfection. Before I get started: 2 WORDS -- UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE And here's why? I was recently backed into and I scheduled to have a quote TODAY -- Came in, walked out completely fixed all done within 10-15 minutes of walking into my appointment. BILLY and RAUL -- Were beyond words AMAZING. Would I recommend? I went in for my appointment at 2:30pm and I am back at work writing this review at 3pm. I am not even joking-- SO YES -- Absolutely. I don't write reviews about a company, but when I do, I write one about these guys. Hopefully you work with either Billy or Raul.
