I have never received such stellar service. I was kept informed on the progress of the work being performed on my car every other day. Ramon, was such a joy to communicate with. I tried to give him a tip when I retrieved my car and he refused it. He sad that my appreciation and of the work performed by he and his team was adequate Can you imagine that? As hard as times are and as hard as it is to make ends meet, these guys refused to take a tip !

I initially was very upset about my car accident. But your representative for my repair, Raul R. was extremely caring and helpful. He texted me repair status updates just about every day. He got the job done a couple of days early, which was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about him and Gerber. Your customer service is superb! I have also recommended a good friend whose car was just damaged to your shop.

Raul R. was great! He thoroughly explained the work that was done and walked me out to inspect the finished job. I am so happy that our SUV looks brand new again! I also really appreciated the complimentary car wash and that he had the foresight to ask me ahead of time if I had time to wait while they washed it. This is the second time that Gerber has done body work on our Mercedes GL 450 and both times the work has been phenomenal and the service excellent. Thank you!

I was impressed with the service I received from this unit of Gerber. Within about an hour of the time Amica contacted Gerber they were on the way to tow my car. I appreciated the attention both Madison B and Raul R gave to answering my questions and keeping me up to date on the progress. Best of all was a call from Raul telling me my car was ready two days earlier than expected. The work appears to have been very well done, still I feel secure about having the National Lifetime Repair Guarantee. Thanks to Gerber on Huron. Another great job by Gerber. My car looks brand new & smells nice too. My March 14 & 17 ETA days for work to be completed, turns out to be just two days "March 12" WOW!!!. Raul & Madison "sorry if the names are spell wrong". Kept me updated everyday with texts and phones calls, so when they found another defect I was not upset. But to still complete job days before earliest ETA was awesome. There should be a 30 stars rate for Gerber. I will strongly recommend Gerber for auto repairs.
