This was my third experience working with Raul. He is professional & courteous. Your shop recently did a perfect job both on my Mom's brand new Lexus as well as my new Audi. I picked up the Audi yesterday and the whole process start to finish was very smooth and easy. He communicatred well and delivered as promised in a timely manner. The car was cleaned and washed when I picked it up. I would use your shop again and send friends and family directly to work with Raul. I like to have a relationship with someone I trust to get the job done. 3 X a charm!

I would like to complement the staff at the Gerber Collision Center at Huron St in Chicago for their great work and exceptional customer service. This was my third time there and each time my expectations were by far exceeded. Today my car repairs were finished two days ahead of schedule! Trust is hard to earn, but these guys definatelly earned mine. This will be the first place I come with any car repairs. I recommend Gerber to everyone I know.

Wow. What a great team! Everyone was so nice an helpful. They went above and beyond what I expected! My car was in for repair due to an accident. Gerber worked with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of. It is so nice to work with a company that not only did a fantastic job on my car (it looks brand new) but they also take pride in their customer service. I can't imagine taking my car any where else from now on.

I have never seen such perfection in EVERY category! My Honda Pilot was pretty smashed up.. not drivable.. As soon as they got possession of the car (which I was certain would be in the shop a month) Raul called me frequently to update me on progress.. the repairs were completed in a week and a half! Car looks like new! Nice folks and GREAT work!! Thanks to all at Gerber!!

Bob Gerber and his team at the Chicago Loop location did a fantastic job fixing my wife's car after it was hit by a commercial truck while parked. They completed an inspection and estimate within hours after the accident occurred and called me immediately, and they fixed everything quickly--the car looks better than new. We'd previously used Gerber for glass repair--they did a great job with that too--but I'm glad my insurance company recommended I use Gerber.

Gerber Collision Chicago Loop is a fantastic shop to work with. They do quality repairs PLUS they are pleasant to deal with - turning what I expected to be a complete hassle into a really smooth experience. Our car was in the shop for over 3 weeks for repairs sustained in a rear end collision, and they made all arrangements for our rental car. Raul kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and our car is now good as new. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is need of collision repairs.

Thank you for providing such professional service recently when I brought my car in to be repaired. I worked with Mr. Rodriguez who was professional, thorough and very kind. He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and he had it ready when he said it would be ready. Imagine my surprise when I picked my car up and it was cleaner than when I brought it in.
