I was rear ended a few weeks back and brought my car into your shop for an estimate.I wanted to let you know what a professional job Madison did in representing your company at the front desk. She was extremely pleasant and professional. She went out of her way to help with my rental car and actually introduced me to the representative from Hertz.She clearly does more than is expected for her position and I think that effort should be recognized. Bob James was my collision advisor and was also a pleasure to work with.

Amazing!!! The staff was SO polite, and the work was fantastic. The side of my car that was repaired at Gerber looks amazing. Best yet, my car was cleaned and detailed before I picked it up. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again soon, but if I do, I will definitely be back!

The work AND customer interface at Gerber was superior in every aspect. From the minute I walked into the shop, Gerber made everything effortless. They offered prompt and friendly attention that reflected a sense of pride and respect for the work they perform, AND then stayed in touch with me throughout the process. The finished results were awesome. It's rare these days to find the level of performance that is evident at Gerber Collision and Glass. It's almost worth having a collision every month just to enjoy the perfect experience I received there. I would enthusiastically recommend this shop to anyone because these guys are simply the best!!!

As usual the work is perfect and it looks like there was never a collision. The customer service is excellent! Everyone who helped me was courteous and knowledgable. From the front desk, where the papers are always ready and the rental car is booked for me, to the excellent care given my vehicle. I appreciated getting calls and text updates. The texts were funny. The car wash and interior shampoo were a wonderful added touch. Thank you for being consistently reliable! I hope I won't need you again, but if my windshield gets showered with rocks from a truck or it has another boo boo, we'll see you again. :) God bless you! LaVerne

Bob James was exceptional and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. God forbid I have another accident, but if I do - I'm having my repairs done at Gerber. The work is flawless. Literally looks like a brand new bumper fresh from the assembly line.

The team at Gerber Collision was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, helpful to answer my questions and they turned my car around in just a few days. The car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened and it was returned to me washed up and with a smile. Using them also was a breeze as they had the rental car set up before I even had to ask.
