I brought my car in for some repairs and Tim was very helpful and nice. He was very informative and once I dropped my car off I started to receive email and text updates on the progress of my car which I really appreciated. I also had a scratch on the side of my car completely unrelated to my accident and they buffed it out for me which was awesome. I hope I don't need anymore repairs on my car anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely be bringing my car back to Gerber Collision in the Loop!

I just wanted to let you know that Bob and his crew in Chicago did a great job fixing up my old Corolla. They went above and beyond and should be acknowledged for their good work and professionalism. Next St. Patrick's Day I'll have to remember to park on the other side of the street so when I get hit again, that side will look as good as new too ;)

I was very impressed by the service i received at Gerber Collision. The staff was very friendly and courteous and my the repairs on my car was done in a timely fashion. The car was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs.

My wife had scratched up the car during an incident coming out of a parking garage scratching the entire rear passenger quarter of the car. I took it in and they were able to make everything - wheels, door, window, bumper look like it just rolled off the lot. As a bonus Bob (ask for Bob) even took out a dent that wasn't even in the damage area for free. It was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had both in Chicago and in general. If anything ever happens to the car ever again I'm taking it to this location.

I was hit and sent here by insurance company. Their customer service was fantastic. I was also picked up by enterprise rent a car. When I went back to pick up my van it looked great like I had just bought it. I was also in the process of moving so there were things all over the place. But when I picked up my van they had even cleaned it up THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. That really helped me out I was also given a great estimate on my windshield. If I ever need body work again I will call them first. I highly recommend them great work and customer service. WAY TO GO

Great Shop! Work took a bit longer than expected but it was worth it. I couldn't be happier with the results. The shop is clean and the staff here is professional and courteous. Bob took excellent care of my vehicle. These guys are the real deal, they don/t do rush jobs of cut corners. Bob even called me the next day to make certain everything was perfect. Its really a no brainer. Take your car to Gerber.

Hi There, I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Gerber did in repairing our 07 Toyota Camry XLE. We had some rear-end bumper damage, to which the whole bumper had to be replaced and a dent pulled out of the rear side panel. It only took seven days for the repair. We received daily text messages as to the status of the repair and received several phone calls as to the status as well. Tim was who helped us and he was great. They even ordered our rental car to pick us up from their office. The finished product was awesome. Our Camry looked brand new. The paint match was perfect and you can't even tell it was rear ended.

"I got rear ended and took my car here to be fixed. Yes, these are the people with the annoying radio commercial! But I will agree, they are "highly wreck-ommended" by me! I chose them because I live near here and since they are a chain I would think their service is rather standardized from store to store! My service advisor was Tim . I also took the opportunity to get some other stuff fixed as long as the car was in the shop! they did a great job."

My car was scratched, dented and destroyed from a car wash and Bob James took exceptional care of the vehicle. The front hood and the whole passenger side of the car was destroyed and dented from the errant car wash machine and they did a phenomenal job. He checked in with me regularly and gave me progress reports of the car and took care of everything on a timely basis. Companies should learn about the customer service that Gerber provides and training their employees like Bob James. He is considerate, he follows up on the details, and handled the process with the insurance companies without any input from me. Thank you Bob for taking care of the situation and resolving all the issues and your follow up calls.
