The work done on my "Baby" was amazing, it truly exceeded my expectations! I was overwhelmed to be honest. My Baby looked brand new, it was cleaned inside and out and brought me to tears when I saw it! The work was outstanding! I met with Peter, who worked on my car, very nice man as well. I did significant damage to our 2010 Honda Odyssey (front end bumper) and took my car in for an estimate. I was greeted within a few minutes by a very professional collision advisor, Bob James, who was helpful and assisted me in a very efficient manner. After 5 minutes I was on my way to Enterprise )on-site pickup) to pick up my rental car. That evening I received a call regarding my estimate and review of damages. With a $500 deductible, I decided to pay out of picked as the total price was $700. What I found most desirable in working with Gerber was the amount of time it took to repair. I had my car back in under 5 working days. The car looks greak thanks to the team at Gerber. I would highly recommend their shop for your auto body repairs.

I wanted to quickly write a review regarding my service and experience with Gerber. Unfortunately, this is my 2nd time in less than a year that I had to repair my vehicle. Because I had such good service the 1st time around I kept Gerber’s number. Without hesitation after making my claim this time around I made the decision to return to Gerber. To my surprise the service was even better the 2nd time around. Everyone was very professional and so helpful from the front desk clerk Sara to my rep Tim. My car is beautiful and hopefully I won’t have to return! I did however recommend Gerber and Tim to my sister who also brought her vehicle in for an estimate. Good job Gerber!

I brought my car in for a damaged bumper on a 2006 Honda Accord. I was paying out of pocket so I did shop around on the price and Gerber came in right at the median rate. Bob James , your collision advisor, thoroughly walked me through the process and the steps and the front desk staff diligently followed up on setting up an appointment. Mr. James explained that at the rate I was going to get an “after-market” bumper, but the collision team would get it to match up. I was skeptical but I needed to get the car fixed and the price was right. All I can say is that I was stunned at how good the car looked!! Mr. James and your team at 1060 W. Huron, have created a Gerber customer for life!!

My Jeep Liberty was Rear-Ended and suffered extensive damage. When I got the car back it looked and ran like new!!! The word done was outstanding. I was completely impressed with how seamless and quick my repairs were. I dealt with Tim at this location and he called me regularly to keep me updated with the progress of my repairs. When I picked my car up it was cleaner than when I had left it-- inside and out! And they worked directly with the rental car company so all I did was leave my rental car with them and drove my lancer away! Thanks for the great work!! I hope to not get in another accident, but if I do, I will be a return customer. -Lisa

I just wanted to send a note of gratitude to the West Huron location, and specifically to Tim. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and found out that Tuesday I needed to go home for a funeral. Tim and his colleagues fielded mutliple calls from me asking on the progress and to meet an earlier deadline of Wednesday or Thursday morning. They always gave me a clear and honest update and then went the extra mile to have my car ready for me Wednesday night. I cannot say how much I appreciated their doing so. They made a difficult time and situation less stressful by going above and beyond. Thank you very much for your hard work and kindness.

This was my second experience working with Gerber. I am a Jeep lover and my first Jeep was involved in an fender bender after a Bears game. This amounted to several thousand dollars of work and Gerber did a great job. This 2000 Jeep is still on the road with my teenage daughter at the wheel. My second brand new 2011 Jeep was involved in a more serious collision which required even more complex work. Once again Gerber was fabulous with their service. I have a very busy travel schedule and Gerber accomodated my schedule to match my need to get the car back for my job. I hope I never have another accident -but I probably will -and if I do I will be back with Gerber.
