I can't say enough great things about the experience I had with your staff at this location! I've had work done at other body shops before, but the level of professionalism, attention to detail and the end results are unmatched anywhere. The GM was even courteous enough to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with the results I got. He was constantly in communication with me, and I seriously felt like I was a VIP. Being a business owner myself, I am a stickler for great results and exceptional customer service. Tim Dulin and his team did a great job giving me an aggressive and fair estimate and squeezing me in for a one-week turnaround. The car looked good when I got it back and it was even repaired a day earlier than expected. Big fan of Tim's work.

I stopped today since I hit a wall in my garage to avoid another obstacle. Mr. Tim Dulin assited me with determing what I needed to repair the side. Since I am contemplating the sale of my Honda I did want to spend alot of money, He understood my dilemma and was able to buff it out. They stand by their work and always try to work to give me the best and quickest solution so that me and my family have our car. My overall experience was five stars! They not only completed the work when they said it would be ready but also did an incredible job on my Mercedes Benz E350 with the body work it needed on the passenger side along with the windshield replacement. I have to admit I was nervous dropping the car off but Rick the manager went out of his way to include a few things as a courtesy and even touched up a few scratches too. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.
